A Little About ArianeAriane owns and operates Motivating and Inspiring Minds, an educational service specializing in youth community education classes and Minnesota Develop-approved trainings for early childhood professionals. As a Community Education Instructor, she teaches Child and Babysitting Safety Classes (CABS) for 11 years old and up. and Home Alone for 2nd grade and up.
Ariane has over 25 years of experience operating her own family childcare business, mentoring, and advocating for the early childhood field. Ariane is passionate about sharing her experience and knowledge to inspire the next generation of high-quality early childhood educators. Ariane's educational background, coupled with her unwavering commitment to continuous professional development, spans a wide array of subjects that enhance the lives of the children and families she has diligently served throughout her career. Her contributions to the field include serving as a member of the Advisory board for Early Childhood Education Program for Minnesota State College Southeast, the Minnesota Family Child Care Task Force, the board of Directors Child care Resources Referral, CARE Fellow policy cohort, and her local childcare association as advocacy committee chair. As an early childhood advocate and mentor, she has authored legislation to support the family and center child care profession. She has collaborated with elected officials and state agencies on issues that the childcare industry faces and continues to advocate for meaningful solutions for a successful future for children, families, and early childhood educators. |
